This is the portfolio part of the garden.
I split projects into two groups:
- OSIX Tech — production AI systems built through OSIX: client work, internal tools, and applied AI infrastructure.
- Independent projects — open-source and personal tooling I build around agents, developer workflows, and infrastructure.
Independent Projects
- Agrex — real-time graph visualizer for AI agent execution flows, with React and Python packages plus a trace viewer.
- Backpack — Claude Code plugin marketplace for my agent-development tooling.
Project Shape
Each project page follows the same structure: summary, problem, approach, role, stack, and outcome. The point is to show not just what was built, but why it mattered and what I owned.
