I’m Pablo Pazos Parada, an Applied AI Engineer and CTO/co-founder at OSIX Tech. I build and deploy production AI systems for enterprise clients: RAG platforms, multi-agent workflows, voice AI, automated pipelines, and the less glamorous glue that makes them reliable in real environments.
I like the 0→1 part: diagnose the bottleneck, scope the solution with the people who actually feel it, build the thing, ship it, keep it alive. This garden is both my notebook and my portfolio.

My portfolio is organized under Projects.
There are two kinds of work there:
- OSIX Tech — client and internal AI systems built for real operations: agents, RAG, voice AI, automation, and integrations.
- Independent Projects — open-source or personal tooling I build around agents, developer workflows, and infrastructure.
Writing
I also write about agents, retrieval, automation, vision, mindset, and whatever I’m trying to understand well enough to build with.
