I’m Pablo Pazos Parada, an Applied AI Engineer from O Grove, Spain, currently based around Santiago de Compostela. Spanish is my native language and I work comfortably in English at a C1 level.

I’m finishing Computer Engineering at USC in 2026. In June 2025, I co-founded OSIX Tech with six classmates. I’m the CTO there, which in practice means I lead engineering, scope directly with clients, architect systems, build a lot of the AI core myself, and keep production systems running after the exciting part is over.

Most companies barely use AI beyond chatbots. The interesting work is turning AI into operational systems: agents with tools, retrieval that can be trusted, integrations with messy business data, dashboards that expose what the system is doing, and deployment paths that don’t collapse after the demo.

I’m here for the 0→1. Building what didn’t exist yesterday, finding edges nobody bothered to push, shipping things that move something forward even a little. AI agents, infra, automation, open source: if it wasn’t moving and now it is, I want to be part of it.

Work

OSIX Tech

CTO & Co-Founder
June 2025 – Present · Santiago de Compostela

Built 5+ production AI systems end-to-end, from client scoping to architecture to deployment and maintenance. Led a seven-person engineering team while working directly with enterprise clients as the forward deployed engineer translating business needs into shipped products.

I have led technical consulting engagements across manufacturing, chemical, and professional services industries: diagnosing operational pain points, scoping AI agent solutions, presenting proposals to technical and executive stakeholders, and owning delivery from pilot through production.
